  • How do I get course-specific help?

    Each course has a Slack Channel. The name and number of that Channel is noted at the top of your course, once you log into that course.

  • How do I register for the Starweaver Slack Channel

    To register for our Slack Channel, go to https://starweaver.slack.com. If you are registered for a course through your company you MUST use your corporate email or you will not be admitted to that specific Slack Channel.

  • Need a certificate of completion?

    If you have completed all the requirements of your course or program and do not receive a Certificate of Completion, simply contact the Help Desk by chatting on one of our websites. Or, you can send a request to: [email protected]

  • What if I need help on an administrative issue?

    Lost access to your account and don't know what to do? Wondering how to get a course certification?
